Living in the Alps just outside Annecy, France since 1991 where he’s now a certified Alpine guide, he’s found fulfillment over the 10 years in designing, boutique, high-quality cycling trips catering to small, intimate enthusiast groups. Jon-Jon’s passion for le velo, travel, and connecting with new friends is the perfect formula for meticulously crafting incredibly festive, high quality cycling experiences. A green tea guy.

The French logistics and back office genius behind every successful Duck Store trip, this former cycling  journalist - known  as “Knar” in the last century - takes planning ahead just as seriously as she enjoys making her cycling guests happy, particularly if it means she gets to ride her motorbike, or drive long hours to help the group with her always ready smile.   Runs on unleaded.

He's the guy who could kick your ass climbing a pass - but more than likely will choose to be your reliable wing man.    An international commercial manager who keeps SRAM Europe functioning smoothly, Patrick, who is Dutch,  also serves as DuckStore’s  amazing mechanic.   He’ll meticulously adjust your bike to perfection, so you can be quite sure it won’t be your equipment slowing you down on the climbs!  Coke or coffee.
